From April 2026, Odoo adds a 25% surcharge to Enterprise subscriptions running more than three major versions behind the latest release. Odoo 15 is on the wrong side of that line, so staying put costs 25% more at renewal — unless your contract was renewed before 4 July 2025, which is grandfathered until it ends.
